A breed apart?
Have you ever noticed how well dogs of the same breed get on together?
The Rhodesian Ridgeback Welfare Trust barbeque last Sunday was held in a playing field adjoining the village hall at Chieveley. With a bigger than normal turnout, and a beautiful sunny day - just right, not too hot - great fun was had by all.
And with literally dozens of dogs running free and interacting well together, from pups to elderly dogs - it is amazing that there were no 'fall outs', just the very odd small disagreement.
And as soon as they established who was boss - everything was fine - peace reigned again.
