Amichien Bonding... 'Think Dog'... & Training
I have just added a new post to Puppy Training Secrets on training your new pup and how to 'Think Dog'.
Most of the comments made in that post will apply to training an older dog, or a rescue animal... though you will not, and cannot, know what mental damage has been inflicted on the dog by its previous owners.
If your rescue pet is mentally scarred I would recommend just one brilliant book... The Dog Listener by Jan Fennell, ISBN 0-00-653236-5.
